What you need

lb ground pork

tbsp sugar

tbsp fish sauce

oz fresh chives

lb shrimp

tbsp chicken bouillon powder

lb silken tofu
Instructions
1: In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, minced shrimp, fish sauce, sugar, MSG, and ground black pepper. Combine and set aside. 2: Bring a pot with 6 cups of water to boil over high heat. Once boiling, add spoonfuls of your meat mixture to form meatballs. Allow to cook for 5 minutes. 3: Add your cubes of tofu into the soup. Gently stir to combine without breaking the tofu. Allow to cook for 3 minutes. 4: Add the sliced chives and combine. Cook for 2 minutes. 5: Season the soup with fish sauce, chicken powder, sugar, and MSG.
